🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Cosmetic Products (Hygiene Policy)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products may only be returned if:

  • The product is unopened

  • The safety seal (if applicable) is intact

  • The packaging is undamaged

Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

 

Product Effectiveness Disclaimer

Please note that the effectiveness, results, and overall experience of our products may vary from person to person. Individual results can depend on several factors, including but not limited to personal body response, consistency of use, skin type, lifestyle, age, sensitivity, and the way the product is applied or used.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee identical results for every customer. Any product descriptions, customer experiences, or expected benefits shown on our website are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed outcome.

Products that are applied to the body or taken internally, including but not limited to cosmetic, wellness, personal care, and body-use products, may produce different effects depending on the individual. A lack of expected results does not automatically mean that the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, provided that the item received matches the product description, ingredients, quantity, and usage instructions displayed at the time of purchase.

If you believe that you have received an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the case.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. We will provide return instructions

  3. Return the item within 14 days after notifying us

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Returns to Sender (RTS) & Failed Deliveries

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee successful delivery where the failure is attributable to circumstances beyond our control. An order may be returned to sender in the following circumstances:

• An incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address was provided at checkout
• The parcel was not collected from a collection point or post office within the carrier's specified holding period
• Delivery was attempted on multiple occasions and the parcel could not be received
• The recipient refused acceptance of the delivery

In such cases, the order will be treated as fulfilled upon dispatch. We reserve the right to deny refunds for the original order value and any associated shipping costs. Where we, at our sole discretion, agree to reship the order, a new shipping fee will be charged.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that the delivery address provided is accurate and that you accept responsibility for ensuring the parcel can be received. You acknowledge that RTS orders are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your email].


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
